Your technical competencies should include:
- At least a Master's degree in Nursing Administration, Nursing Education, or any other closely-related field;
- At least five years’ experience as a Senior Nursing Lecturer
- At least five years’ experience in a Supervisory or Leadership role within the Nursing field
- Strong experience in performing administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, planning and development
Your soft skills should include:
- The ability to promote leadership and vision, and to effectively lead collaborative change
- A demonstrated commitment to student-centred learning, maintaining high academic standards and promoting an innovative educational environment

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Some of your tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Setting departmental goals and objectives and supervising their attainment
- Strengthening and managing the academic offerings of the Division
- Liaising with external agencies and institutions for the coordination of various degree programmes at the DNE
- Preparing, managing and monitoring the Division’s annual budget
- Staff recruitment, onboarding, training and development
- Managing staff relations, performance and productivity within the Division
- Monitoring students’ progress towards meeting graduation requirements
