2019 QuickCash Corp Vita Malt SVGCC Volleyball Competition

The preliminary round of the 2019 QuickCash Corp. Vita Malt SVGCC Inter-Divisional Volleyball Competition will come to an end on Tuesday 12th March 2019, at the Arnos Vale Sports Complex.

Year One Division of Arts, Sciences and General Studies (DASGS), who have already qualified for the finals, will take on the Division of Teacher Education (DTE) from 1:30 p.m., after which Year Two DASGS and the Division of Technical and Vocational Education (DTVE) go head to head in the last first round match, to decide the who will take the other spot in the finals.

French Verandah SVGCC Cricket Result

The French Verandah SVGCC went under to Police One on Sunday 10th March 2019, in their fifth match of the NLA 50 Overs Sunday league.

Asked to bat on a soft surface, the College lads struggled and were reduced to 66 for 6 before Tilron Harry 74 and Rayshorne Durrant 68 not out, shared a 7th wicket stand of 130 to take the French Verandah SVGCC to 211 for 7 in their allotted 44 overs. Nimroy Laborde to 3 for 36 bowling for the lawmen Police One then replied with 213 for 6 in 31.2 overs. Vertil Davis scored 44 and Danson Andrews 41 not out. Aleon Ceasar 2 for 35 and Reynolson Hillocks 2 for 58 were the College's best bowlers.
