SVGCC Graduation Programme Cover Design Challenge 2016
The Office of the Registrar of the St. Vincent and Grenadines Community College is inviting students to submit designs for the 2016 graduation programme cover. This is an opportunity for budding artists and graphic designers to have their work published and be a part of SVGCC history. The details of this competition are as follows:
The dimensions of the design for the front cover are 5.5" width x 11.5" length. The entire dimensions of the programme (i.e. the entire cover when the booklet is opened) are 11" width x 11.5" length.

The back of the cover must have the College's official logo in the center of the page. The artist can also credit themselves on this page.
Designs must be submitted to the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., the subject of the email should be "Graduation Programme Cover Design Challenge 2016" and the artist's initials. All submissions must be in jpeg format. Deadline for submission of entries is Friday 13th May, 2016.
The winner will see their design featured on the 2016 SVGCC graduation programme cover and on the SVGCC Website. The winner will also receive a prize of either free graduation package or EC$200.
This competition is opened to all currently enrolled students of all divisions of the St. Vincent and Grenadines Community College.
NOTICE: DNE Application Period is Closed
The general public is asked to note that the application period for the Division of Nursing Education (DNE) is closed and that requested documents should have been submitted by Friday 15th April, 2016. The ONLY documents which will be accepted with effect from 19th April, 2016 are the completed medical forms which will be accepted up to 29th April, 2016. No other documents will be taken from applicants.
NOTICE: National Awards Ceremony
Students whose names appear on the list linked below have been invited to the National Awards Ceremony. Those who have not yet collected their invitations are now asked to do so at the front desk of the Administrative Building at the Villa Campus and not the Ministry of Education as previously announced.
Application for Graduation 2016
Eligible students are asked to note that the application forms for the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College's sixth Annual Graduation Ceremony are available. These forms can be collected at the general offices for each Division or downloaded from this website.
The deadline for submission of graduation forms is FRIDAY 18TH MARCH, 2016. The deadline for payment of graduation fees is FRIDAY 1ST APRIL, 2016.
DNE and DTE Application Period Opens
Interested Applicants are asked to note that the application period for the Division of Nursing Education (DNE) and the Division of Teacher Education (DTE) is now open.
DTE Application Period runs from March 3rd - March 18th, 2016.
DNE Application Period runs from March 3rd - April 8th, 2016.
All applications must be completed online via the College's Online Application System at www.apply.svgcc.vc.
Applicants who are having issues completing or submitting their application and require technical support can come to the Villa Campus from Monday to Friday between the hours of 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays persons can seek assistance in the Computer Lab on WEDNESDAYS (ONLY) persons should go to the eCollege Office. You can ask for directions to either of these locations at the receptionist's desk in the administrative building.
Applicants must pay an application processing fee of EC$20.00 at the Bursary. This fee is paid after submitting your application via our online system. Each applicant, upon completing and submitting their application, will receive an email confirming successful submission of the application. You must print this email and bring it with you when you are paying the application processing fee.
Applicants who need to submit certified copies of their certificates, police records, letter from Principal (if currently employed), medical records and/or any other required documentation must bring them to the Registry along with their application processing payment receipt. All documents should be received by/before March 24th, 2016 for applications to the DTE and by April 15th, 2016 for applications to the DNE.
