Full-Time Certificate Programmes
This programme provides a competency-based alternative to the Associate Degree in Automotive Repairs Technology. It is completed in two semesters, or one academic year, and offers students the option to pursue the Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ) award in addition to the SVGCC Certificate. Students may therefore gain unit awards of competency leading to a full CVQ award upon being assessed as competent in all relevant units. Students who pursue this programme are prepared with the necessary skills and attitudes needed to function in industry.
Entry Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) CSEC (CXC) General Proficiency passes (Grades I, II or III) or their equivalent including English A (Language).
- A technical subject would be an asset

Property and Facility maintenance encompasses a broad spectrum of services, competencies, processes and tools required to assure the built environment will perform the function for which it was designed and constructed for. This Programme seeks to provide individuals with the skills, knowledge and training to oversee construction, repair, renovation and redecoration of residential and commercial maintenance. Creating professionals who can adequately handle day to day operations of maintenance.

- A minimum of four (4) CSEC (CXC) General Proficiency passes (Grades I, II or III) or their equivalent including English A (Language).
