Official Transcript Request Procedure
Current students and alumni of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College (SVGCC) may request official academic transcripts either in person or via email. The following outlines the steps for each method:
Option 1: In-Person Request
- Visit the Villa Campus
In-person transcript requests can be made at the Villa Campus during business hours. - Complete the Transcript Request Form
complete the transcript request form which is available at the Front Desk - Pay the Transcript Fee
The fee for each official transcript is $20. Payments should be made at the Bursary which is also located at the Villa Campus. - Submit the Form and Proof of Payment
Submit the completed form along with your receipt of payment to the Front Desk or the Registry.
Option 2: Email Request
Complete the Transcript Request Form

Payment of $20 per transcript can be made by:Deposit at any Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (BOSVG) branch, or
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) using the details below.

Email the Completed Request Form and Proof of Payment
Email the completed transcript request form along with proof of payment (deposit slip or EFT confirmation) to:

Your receipt should clearly show your full name, the amount paid, and the date of payment. If someone else is making the payment on your behalf, please ensure your name is also noted on the receipt to avoid any delays in processing.Notify the Bursary

Additional Notes
- Processing of transcripts typically takes a minimum of 10 business days.
- Transcripts will not be processed the completed transcript request form or proof of payment.
- Transcripts can be collected in person or sent directly to institutions (via email or post) —please indicate your preference on the form. Kindly note that transcripts are not emailed directly to the applicant.
- Ensure all information is accurate to avoid delays.
