A National Scholarship Awards Ceremony will be held on Friday 7th September, 2018 in the Lecture Theatres at the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College's Villa Campus beginning at 9:00 a.m.

The Awards Ceremony will honour several 2017 Associate Degree Graduates of the divisions of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College.

Successful applicants who received an offer for the Division of Technical and Vocational Education (DTVE) are asked to note that orientation will be held on Wednesday 5th September, 2018 for ALL successful applicants at the DTVE Campus in Arnos Vale beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Further information will be provided on Wednesday during orientation.

Successful applicants who received an offer for the Division of Arts, Sciences and General Studies are asked to note that registration and orientation activities will be held on Wednesday 5th September, 2018 for CAPE students and on Thursday 6th September, 2018 for Associate Degree students. The groupings, times and activities are provided below.

ORIENTATION SCHEDULE

• Wednesday 5th September, 2018 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
  Group 1: CAPE Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Environmental Science students (students taking any of these four subjects are in group 1)
• Wednesday 5th September, 2018 beginning at 1:00 p.m.
  Group 2: Students pursing CAPE subjects not including Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Environmental Science
• Thursday 6th September, 2018 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
  Group 3: AS Business Studies students
• Thursday 6th September, 2018 beginning at 1:00 p.m.
  Group 4: Students pursing AA Fine Arts, Design and Cultural Communication, AA Paralegal Studies, AS Information Technology and AS Psychology

ORIENTATION ACTIVITIES

The activities for each group will be as follows:

1. Check in at front desk
2. Pay fees
3. Register
4. Take photos at the library
5. Library orientation
6. Rules and Regulation session in LT2
7. Tour of Compound

Successful applicants are strongly advised to review the contents of their acceptance packages carefully and bring along all necessary documents with them.

Persons who applied, and those who are intending to apply for entry into the DNE's Nursing Assistant programme are asked to note that the Medical Form is no longer to be included with the supporting documents that you are required to submit when paying the application fee.  Therefore, you are not required to perform the medical at this time. Applicants will receive further instructions regarding the medical later in the admissions process.
