Important Update: UWI Cave Hill Transcript Submission Process

Applicants to The University of the West Indies (Cave Hill Campus) are advised that the university has updated its transcript submission process. Official transcripts must now be uploaded directly to the UWI’s portal by the applicant’s previous institution. As a result, the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Community College (SVGCC) will upload transcripts on behalf of applicants once all internal requirements are completed.

Steps for UWI Cave Hill Applicants

Request your transcript from the SVGCC
- Complete the SVGCC Transcript Request Form
- Pay the required transcript fee
Apply to UWI Cave Hill
- Log into your UWI application portal
- Request your transcript within the portal
Indicate the SVGCC contact person
- When prompted, enter the following SVGCC contact:

The UWI will then send instructions directly to the SVGCC to complete the upload.

⚠️ Important Notes

Do not request a transcript in the UWI portal until SVGCC transcript requirements are completed.
Once the transcript is uploaded, the status in your UWI application will update accordingly.
